I love Pear Pizzaz from the 'In Colours'. This a s simple baby congratulations card, and uses some of the twill ribbon kindly given to me by Helen. Thanks, Helen.
One of my favourite things about SU is that the card, ink and ribbons and other embellishments all co-ordinate perfectly and you get great results with minimum fuss.
The 'welcome baby' stamp is from the SAB Punch Bunch set which, as the name hints at have punches to go with them to make it all so easy. The large tag punch does its work here, and then I double-mounted that on Pear Pizzaz card and white vellum.
The owl punch is not available here (YET!) but this little chap is rather lovely, and is not too tricky to cut out. Mounted a piece of Concord Crush card on a Very Vanilla card, and embossed the greeting from the SAB So Happy For You stamp set in silver. The branch is from the bird two-step punch, and the owl punch to come to the UK in April (or so I heard) is a two-step punch too. The owl is stamped in Concord Crush ink, and he is from the SAB Punch Bunch also.
